To Redeem your Groupon/Living Social 2HR Self Defense Workshop Voucher, please complete the form below.
*Register each person individually with a Voucher "REDEMPTION CODE". It is a 6-8 digit Number under the barcode (not your order confirmation # or mobile receipt).
If you have a 2 Person Voucher, put both names in below and use the 1 Redemption code.
Once registered below, the voucher will be redeemed and your chosen date/time will be reserved for you.
NOTE: Before your voucher expires, you can choose ANY future workshop (including past the 90 day expiration). The class you choose can take place after the expiration (as long as you have already registered).
Health/Wellness: We encourage you to register in "pairs" so you have someone to work with from your immediate contacts. Each "pair" will be spaced apart from all others so there is no interaction between different families. If you are alone, we will endeavor to partner you with someone exclusively for the workshop.
Masks are optional and have worked great as this is not a cardio session but rather quick and effective methods of self-defense and escape. All centre safety protocols will be followed (directional arrows, physical distancing, sanitization gel/spray/wipes available at all times, etc.). Everyone will be provided sanitized equipment (ex. knife, gun, etc.) for their own use during the class.
Must sign waiver. Promotional offer expires after 3 months but the original amount paid does not expire and is still valid towards regular workshop prices. 72 hour cancellation notice required to your scheduled workshop or the voucher is considered used for full the amount and has no further value. Valid for workshop times listed. Register 1 week (or more) prior to the preferred workshop date to ensure space.
All workshops are subject to cancellation or rescheduling.
