Self Defense 2HR Workshop (Street, work, campus and travel safety!)
Public and Private classes are available.
*We encourage you to register with a friend or family member to work with. If registered alone, we will do our best to partner you with 1 other person for the class.
Each 'pair' will be separated from everyone else and the teachers do not come in contact. Masks are encouraged but have worked well as this is not a cardio class but designed for quick and efficient self defense. All health/wellness protocols will be followed (sanitizer, cleaning, direction arrows, etc.)
There will be 2 teachers (male/female) each workshop for detailed instruction.

This is an empowering 2 hour workshop for EVERYONE (ages 8yr to senior) that covers the critical components of assessing a threat and escaping an aggressive attacker. Topics covered in this seminar include:

Street smart avoidance and prevention strategies Practical Self defense techniques for all sizes
Release and escape methods Key striking, targets, position and your body’s arsenal
Improvised weapons Asserting your verbal and physical boundaries
