It has been an exciting start to the year. Lots of great workshops (corporate, educational, government, etc.) and the weekly ongoing Krav-Jitsu classes have been a ton of fun! Was wonderful being interviewed and photo'd for the newspaper for our unique background in Krav-Maga and Combat Jujutsu. Hope to see everyone training self defense in Richmond and Vancouver soon!
